Janine Jakob is a German entrepreneur, Executive Growth Strategist, global speaker and podcaster helping CEOs, founders, executives and experts turn their expertise into authority, visibility and business growth.
Her international career has taken her across Europe, North America and Asia, with almost nine years spent building her business and professional network in China.
Janine holds two Master's degrees in International Business from Munich Business School in Germany and SKEMA Business School in France/China.
Before entrepreneurship, she spent approximately seven years at Hewlett-Packard, where she progressed into a senior role at a young age and gained experience working across international markets.
She later founded Full Potential Partners, working with companies, executives, founders and experts on leadership, communication, executive development, intercultural business and growth.
Over the years, Janine has coached and trained more than 500 executives, founders and experts.
Her experience spans industries including manufacturing, automotive, IT, education and international business.
She has worked across Europe, Asia, North America and Australia/New Zealand and brings a distinctly international perspective to executive growth.
Janine is also the host of Business Meets Life, an international podcast featuring conversations with entrepreneurs, CEOs, experts and notable personalities.
Her guests and conversations have included internationally recognised business leaders and entrepreneurs, including Joe Foster, co-founder of Reebok.
Janine has spoken on international stages and is passionate about helping leaders communicate their expertise with greater authority and impact.
Today, she is evolving Full Potential Partners into a global Executive Growth Strategy company focused on the intersection of human expertise, AI, visibility, leadership and strategic relationships.
